The second floor (for 2+2 persons) apartment contains a bedroom for 2 persons, a bathroom with a toilet, an american kitchen and an 8 square meter partly-covered terrace, the size without the terrace is 30 square meter. The attic is well insulated and covered with wainscot. In the rooms there are sloping wooden windows and in the living room there is roller shutter door and windows. All windows have mosquito nets and shades. The living room has a sofa bed for two persons, a dining table with 4 chairs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, LCD TV. In the terrace there are arm-chairs with table.
