We have unique prices for music festivals and long weekends, request for our offer!<\/p>\n

The prices include (in the full season) the energy cost related to normal use, usage of TV, the dining and accommodation accessories, the cleaning of the apartment and the parking for one car per apartment in the safe parking zone.<\/p>\n

“At the time of booking, 30% of the total rental fee is payable as a booking fee by
\nbank transfer, that is not refundable should the Guest later cancel the booking. By
\npaying the booking fee the Guest agrees to this \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d document,
\nand the Host makes the apartment available for the period in the confirmation note.
\nThe remaining 70% is payable as an advance payment by bank transfer, no later than
\n60 calendar days before the date of arrival. In case the 70% advance payment is not
\ncompleted by 60 days before the date of arrival, despite the written (email) reminder
\nand request, the Host has the right to cancel the booking, while the booking fee is not
\nrefundable.”
\nInstalment scheme is available at an agreed payment schedule.
\nCash payment is also available.[\/vc_column_text]

Virus status info<\/h3>[vc_column_text]If the borders are closed on arrival due to an epidemic, we will refund the full amount paid to our guests.<\/p>\n

We pay special attention to the continuous maintenance of safe hygienic conditions in the accommodation, we have placed a hand sanitizer in the common area, and the disinfection is done with special care and virucides when cleaning the apartments.[\/vc_column_text]

Cancellation Policy<\/h3>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Cancellation at 0-30 days before check-in: the entire rental fee (booking fee and advance payment) is not refundable.<\/p>\n

Cancellation at 30-60 days before check-in: if we can rent out the apartment for the cancelled booking period to a third party, the prepaid rental fee can be used for payment of another booking (with a value of no less than the original booking) within one year from the first day of the cancelled period. Please indicate at the time of your next booking if you wish to use a previously withheld amount for payment.<\/p>\n

Cancellation over 60 days (61, 62, 63… days) before check-in: all advance payments excluding the booking fee is refundable.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Transferring: the booking can be transferred at any time. In case of cancellation, the booking and the payments can be transferred to another Guest, providing that the Guest of the original booking bring other Guests for the same apartment, for the same booking period.<\/p>\n

Safety deposit is HUF 30,000 per apartment payable at check-in and it is refundable if the apartment and its accessories (e.g. keys, furnishings) are returned completely and without damage.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to change the prices, they are valid for free places.<\/p>\n
